I had some photos taken and was shocked at how bad the bags are under my eyes! Will makeup be enough to cover these up for my wedding? What else can I do before the day?

Is wedding dress hire still a thing? I don't like the idea of buying a dress I'll only wear once. There doesn't seem to be dress rental around, but I feel like it use to be? Would love some recommendations.

Hello! I've read some responses to celebrants dressing in a matching style etc. Is it rude to ask if they wouldn't mind wearing a costume? I've read somewhere a couple got married by batman and then the obvious Elvis option.. I like the idea of an iconic character and think it would be something to remember but wouldn't want to offend anyone or make it a bad experience. TIA

I have a Maid of Honor who is unmarried and a Matron of Honor who is married. I want my Matron to be a witness along with the Best Man. Even though she is married, can I have her as the Maid instead?

My dream dress is a super fitted mermaid wedding gown - but without sounding crass - how does one pee in a dress like this? I've seen ones with a lace up back - but that seems like it would take ages to undo and do back up. I've heard of other brides simply not going for the whole night! Not keen on that idea.

My fiance is not keen on being in or having a videographer at our wedding (he is not that comfortable with the idea of being filmed - which is completely fine), but I would still like to capture the speeches and some special moments on video. Is it worth hiring a videographer? Any hints or tips on how to get these moments captured on video without paying for the full service of a videographer?
