How do venues cater to children and teens?

I have some kids (under 10) and then 8 cousins in their teens. I'm not sure where the wedding is yet (open to anywhere in Aus), but they make up a large portion of my guests so I don't want them to feel bored! Can venues supply mocktails for them so they can feel part of it and party with us? Should I be asking about kids rooms or somewhere where I can set up an xbox or netflix or something for them to do? Should I hire some games?

Help needed with the men's suits

We are planning on mixed peacock colours for our bridesmaids ranging from turquoise to navy, for the boys, a navy suit and my groom will wear a dinner suit in the same colour. We both really love the idea of a double breasted waistcoat, but are stumped on which colour to put him in. We are considering putting the groomsmen in paisley waistcoats and ties matching their bridesmaids' dresses, but then where do we go with the groom? I'm thinking it could look amazing or it might be a bit much? Please help!!

To buy a dress or have it made?

I'm in love with a dress from Pallas Couture but I really don't want to spend 8k plus on a dress I'll wear once. However, I'm worried if I get it made, it just won't look the same and I'm contemplating forking out the money to have the exact dress I want. Any great dressmakers in NSW who have made similar dresses ?

How should I let a friend know that she's not included in my bridal party?

We haven't been close for years but she has only a few other friends and had an expectation that she would be included as a bridesmaid. She found out through one of the bridesmaids that we had already gone looking for dresses, and she said she was devastated because she wanted to come (although we had never talked about it!). We are having a super intimate wedding and only inviting our family and closest friends - everyone else seems to have picked up on it but I'm so worried that she'll be hurt when she finds out she's not invited to the wedding itself! Your advice is appreciated!
