I’m Georgie, the owner of International Woman of Filmstery (previously Haus of Mercury) and your one-woman production department with a camera bag and suspiciously random facts about quite literally anything.
International Woman of Filmstery is my ridiculous little nod to International Man of Mystery. Austin Powers. A photographer by day and a spy by night. I am a photographer / media person by day, and a human behaviour / psychology student and film-production person by night. Basically the same, except my espionage is noticing your dad tearing up in the corner and pretending he absolutely is not......
What You’re Getting:
This is wedding photography, Wedding films and full visual storytelling made around you. Real, nostalgic, intimate, funny, a little strange if you want it to be, and completely yours. If wedding planning has started to feel like one giant headache with a bouquet attached, you are safe here. I am not here to add to it. If everything suddenly feels weirdly expensive because the word “wedding” got involved; and if you are worried about being shoved into a cookie-cutter package, or if you have ever wanted to ask a vendor something weird but felt like you were emailing the Queen, breathe. That is absolutely not the approach over here.
Packages
Packages start from $2,000 and are incredibly affordable for what you actually get: custom planning, proper production care, hand-done edits, flexible options, and a frankly unreasonable amount of emotional labour disguised as “just taking photos.”
But, we also offer completly tailored services for you. if you have a budget in mind, we can tailor it whole heartedly around you and your vision.
No Secrets Here:
Tell me what you want. Tell me what you hate. Tell me what feels cringe. Tell me your budget. Tell me your weird dream, your half-formed idea, your film reference, your family dynamic, your private joke, and the colour you cannot explain but can feel in your bones. The crazier the ask, the better. You say jump, I say how high, then I quietly check where the light is coming from and whether anyone’s uncle is blocking the shot. every photo is shown to you on the day, and if you have a specific video idea, that'll also be shown.
The smaller and deeper I look, the more your photos and films become inherently yours.
How i Work:
Every single thing goes through my hands: the mood, the media schedule, the coverage, the emotional tone, the references, the package, the footage, the music, the edit, the moments you care about, and the way it all comes together afterwards.
You are not ordering a wedding package off a shelf. You are getting something hand-done, shaped around you, and built to feel like your actual life, not something you panic-booked from the wedding industrial complex after three glasses of wine.
I do not stop caring when you book. I stop when you are incredibly happy with what we have made.
The Look:
If you want your photos and films to feel like they already belong to your memory and your movie, you are in the right place.
My approach is authentically nostalgic: a little darker, a little warmer, a little richer, a little romantic, sometimes vibrant gothic, but always human.
You will not get sterile, the same, mass-produced wedding content. Not because clean is bad. Clean can be beautiful. I wont let your wedding turn into looking and feeling like it came free with a Canva template and a scented candle called “Bride Beige.”
Because of my background, I am also a bit of a style chameleon. If you do want clean and classic, I can do that. If you want bright and airy, I can also do that. If you want nostalgic and cinematic, darker and warmer, stranger and funnier, softer and more glamorous, I can do that too, as thats my absoute fave.

So... How Can One Woman Do So Much?
Me and this business are a little odd, in the best way. I’m AuDHD, which gives me a very specific kind of brain: observant, analytical, emotionally tuned, detail-hungry, and deeply interested in people. For your wedding, that means I notice patterns, shifts, tension, joy, softness, awkwardness and connection quickly. Exactly the kind of thing you want in someone holding the visual memory of your day. I am one person, but I bring the instincts of a small production team: producer, cinematographer, photographer, editor, designer, planner, problem-solver and professional room-reader. Or, less elegantly: one woman who can, on a good day and with enough snacks, do the job of about fifteen people. But, i will say, i have a pretty cool team who comes to help as well the more you book! all trained by me, using the same gear.
Why You Can Trust Me
You are not booking someone who picked up a camera last week and declared themselves high art. I am this way through trial and error, thousands of clients, and 15+ years across photography, videography, film, cinematography, lighting, writing, producing and editing. I ran a high-volume photography and videography business in Newcastle, where I photographed up to 900,000+ images a year while keeping track of hundreds of people a day: names, timing, movement, details, energy, pressure, all of it.
So fear not. I am funny, chaotic, loud, and I promise, a very good time. I am also very hard to scare.
Through my sister company, Lucky Bunny Studios, I write books, scripts and storyboards. I direct, produce, shoot, edit, light scenes as a DP, create commercial photography with manual lighting, build websites, design graphics, and generally live somewhere inside the visual landscape. For your wedding, that means I know how to manage the media side of the day properly. I know how to read a room, keep things moving, handle pressure, track details, direct gently, disappear when needed, and make sure the work still feels like you. In my personal life, I have also worked with professional makeup, hair, sewing, costume design, dance, computer tech, philosphy, and law. so there are a lot of little worlds I can understand and help with when they come up. Dress doing something strange? Hair needing a second pair of hands? Someone panicking over a detail that feels small but is absolutely not small to them? We can chat. I am annoyingly useful in a crisis.

1. Enquiry & Connection
Start by reaching out with your date and details. We’ll confirm availability and set up a call or FaceTime to learn about you, your story, and your vision.
2. Booking & Prep
Once you’re ready, we lock in your date with a signed agreement and booking fee. Together, we’ll talk through the mood, style, and must-have moments of your day, then create a personalised mood board and shot list with your make-or-break photos. This way we know exactly what matters most to you, and you get to know us, too.
3. Your Wedding Day
On the day, we bring a calm, supportive energy. blending into the celebration while capturing every detail with cinematic intention. You’ll hardly notice the cameras, but you’ll feel at ease knowing every moment is covered.
4. Editing & Storytelling
After the wedding, all footage is edited in-house with care. We craft your highlight film and gallery to feel like a cinematic sojourn. authentic, emotional, and timeless.
5. Delivery
Within 6 weeks, you’ll receive your finished wedding cinema in a private online gallery, ready to share, download, and relive forever.
Certainly! We have a passion for capturing love stories in various locations, both near and far. If your wedding is within a 1.5-hour drive of Gosford NSW, there won’t be any additional travel costs. However, for weddings located further away, we are happy to discuss a reasonable travel fee on top of your chosen package. Our aim is to ensure that we can be there to document your special day, regardless of the distance. Let’s have a conversation about your wedding location and travel arrangements to create a personalized package that suits your needs.
As every wedding is unique in terms of the moments captured and the story it tells, the quantity of images can vary. On average with our 10 hour package, we capture around and over 3,000 images per wedding and deliver carefully selected and edited photographs. However, we prioritise the quality and significance of the moments rather than adhering to a strict numerical limit. So, if there are extraordinary moments like your bridal party breaking into an unexpected dance, rest assured we’ll go the extra mile to ensure you have as many photos as needed to transport you back to those cherished memories and feel fully immersed in the experience.
