About
Summer Salt first opened its doors in 2005 by Restaurant Owner & Executive Head Chef, Carl Jensen. Carl's success is fully attributed to his passion for cooking great food for his customers by using the freshest produce available. Stephanie Walsh is the restaurant's Event Manager and handles all of the weddings, as well as assists the management team with general operations. She has worked for Summer Salt restaurant for the past five years and is passionate with her work in all aspects.
