Considered Sydney’s hidden wedding gem, located in an isolated part of Sydney up on the headland, Milestone Events is a unique 1930s traditional brick wedding venue, nestled amongst the native flora and fauna of the Sydney Harbour National Park. Inside the vintage building, you will find high ceilings, matched with deep brown original wooden floors and an art deco bar, a heritage listed ballroom and the quiet intimacy of the homey cane lounge. The classic features of the room lends itself to any style of decor; white walls provide a canvas to decorate to your own desire, whilst the large windows provide a gentle breeze.
For smaller sized weddings, the large ballroom can be split into two sections. The separate cane lounge, beside the bar, is a welcome additional space for those who need to rest their dancing shoes (momentarily of course!). Alternatively, you can choose to arrange an outdoor garden wedding reception where you and your guests can enjoy dining under the stars. The outdoor area can be beautifully ornamented with a gorgeous arbour and hanging lanterns, whilst the reception area looks especially sublime when decorated with magisterial flowers in ornate vases and statuesque candelabras. The ballroom can seat up to 180 guests for dinner, with ample space for a dance floor, whilst the garden can accommodate 120 guests. Both indoor and outdoor spaces can accommodate 300 standing, ideal for those looking to invite evening guests.

From beginning to end I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue. The food was delicious and there were so many options. Miles sources delicious wines and they have delicious local beer fresh from the brewery on tap. They recommended some fantastic suppliers which made planning a dream.
The A-team. Miles (Dad), Tessa (daughter) and Chef Marion Jane (Mum) took such great care of us. They took care of logistics and decorations so that we could focus on other parts of the wedding. AND THE FOOD! Everyone loved it. We all had a great time - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Miles, Jane and Tessa were the best. I seriously cannot express how INCREDIBLE they are as a wedding venue. Nothing was too hard for them, the food was AMAZING, the venue was well priced. They took care of everything for us on the day and before, even the centrepieces! I would recommend Milestone Events to everyone I know getting married. My day was stress free - and it was all thanks to Milestone Events.

Milestone Events is an incredible venue who take care of everything. it's the perfect 'no worry' wedding venue but includes all the trims. The team are amazing with exceptional table service and delicious food.

The Milestone team were exceptional on the day of the wedding and in the lead up to the day. The team not only planned and delivered our reception, they also catered the event. In the lead up to the wedding Miles and Tessa were always on call, ready to help us with logistics and last minute changes. In relation to the food and drinks, many of our guests said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. Not only that, but the staff serving on the day couldn't have been friendlier and set a better feel. They were enthusiastic, always ready to help out, and their great attitudes made the evening feel even more joyful. We would highly recommend Milestone Events!

Everyone commented (and are still commenting) on how amazing the venue was and how relaxed everything felt. The staff were amazing on the night constantly accomodating guests needs (I never saw an empty glass haha).
I can not thank you all enough for saving my bacon on the night (so to speak) by going above and beyond to get a sewing kit and literally stitch my dress back together!! I could not imagine anyone else going to such lengths to keep the night disaster free.
It was such a hard decision choosing a venue and I am so happy that we chose Milestone. We could not have imagined a more amazing day.

Such a dream, this venue was EXACTLY what we wanted - laidback, relaxed and nothing was a problem! Tess and Miles run a well oiled machine, and Jane creates the BEST food, my guests are still talking about it! Look no further!
Milestone provided the three tier cheese wheel that was so popular ! We didn't have the traditional wedding cake but the chocolate moose and rolled pav desserts were very popular . Great desserts and plenty of them!
Again Tessa from Milestone organised the flowers in our package. Amazing. People loved them so much they took them home. SO reasonably priced. I have worked in hospitality for 30 years and Milestone truly were outstanding.
