Establishment is located in the heart of the city, close to the foreshore, Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Martin Place and the Botanic Gardens. Our four versatile spaces offer a unique ambience allowing for diversity in wedding celebrations, from a delightful contemporary cocktail party to a gracious formal seated event.

Ballroom
For chic grandeur and elegance, Establishment"s Ballroom is without peer. With its ink blue carpet, metallic screens, marble credenzas and ornate garden outlook, it offers the perfect setting for a seated reception for up to 216 guests or a cocktail party for up to 400 guests.

Room III
With dark timber floorboards and a stacked marble bar, this room looks out over an atrium and Japanese garden creating an ethereal atmosphere, particularly at night. This space is suitable for 72 seated guests or up to 200 for cocktails.

Room II
Modern elegance is the theme with plush aubergine carpet, marble side tables and decorative silver mesh screens, this room is perfect for a gathering of up to 64 seated, or 100 for cocktails. Combined with Room III, a much larger reception hall is created, ideal for dinner and dancing for up to 100 guests.

Room I
With an outlook towards the Rocks, Room I boasts superior fittings and stylish presentation to ensure a celebration in intimate splendour. Seating 25 guests or up to 50 guests for cocktails.

From our very first meeting to the very last, you made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed gave us so much confidence leading up to the wedding and made every decision along the way feel effortless. Everything came together so perfectly on the day, and we are beyond grateful for all of your hard work behind the scenes. We’ve had nothing but incredible feedback from our guests about the venue, the amazing food, and the service throughout the night. So many people have told us it was one of the best weddings they’ve been too, and that’s a true credit to the entire team who worked so hard to make everything absolutely perfect. Working with Kellie and the team at Ivy was in one word, amazing. No question, request or query was ever too much and if it was possible, they made it happen. The night ran seamlessly and well exceeding all expectations that we could have ever had. All our guests raved about the excellent Totti’s menu that was offered and no one went home hungry in the slightest. The staff throughout the night were impeccable and ensured that as the bride and groom, we did not need to worry about anything on the night, as well as ensuring that all our guests were adequately taken care of. Highly recommend any event at Ivy and all Merivale venues and will endeavour to hold all future events with the Merivale group.
