Lachlan’s is set on acres of parkland within the grounds of Government House Parramatta.

You can arrive up the Governor’s carriageway and be greeted on the front portico of Old Government House. Continue through the house for drinks in the sand stone courtyard. Dine in our permanent silk lined garden marquee.

The marquee is set just beyond Governor King’s old carob tree. It features full air conditioning so is cool in summer and is positively cosy in winter. The marquee has a beautiful polished native Australian blackbutt timber floor with picture windows all round. The silk lining has sparkling fairy lights shining through from above. At night the courtyard is softly flood lit with high lit features of the house and tall eucalypt trees.

Parking is available close to our front door within Parramatta Park.
