Yes, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements so that we can check availability first! 

Just give us a call, we will lock the date into the diary for you and send you a booking contract to sign and return to us with a deposit. Once these are received, your booking will be confirmed! 

We are licensed until midnight.

Our packages run over a 6 hour period and can be extended, however we are only licensed until midnight.  

Yes! Our packages include 4 different wine options and several optional beer upgrades. 

BYO is not permitted, unfortunately.

There is a large car park next to the Club, and parking is free of charge after 5pm (weekdays) and all day on weekends.

You certainly can, however there is a small surcharge of $2.50pp (entrée), $5.00pp (main course) and $2.50pp (dessert) applicable.

Absolutely!

Yes! We offer two stunning outdoor areas (the Sunken Garden and Tropical Grove) which are perfect for wedding ceremonies.

Julie and her team are wonderful to deal with and always go above and beyond. We had to move our wedding due to Covid several times and they were incredible to deal with and very flexible. They were always in contact, responded to any question we asked quickly and nothing was too hard for them. The food and service were excellent and their attention to detail was amazing. We could not have been happier. Thank you so much to the whole team!

We cannot praise Julie and the UWA Club staff enough for everything they did to make our wedding day so incredible. In March 2020 we had our ceremony in the Tropical Grove and the reception in the UWA Club Banquet Hall. It was an absolute dream to have Julie coordinating everything and answering all our questions so efficiently and making sure every detail was covered. The reception room was set up beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests could not stop talking about the dessert buffet, it was amazing! The UWA Club staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating (right down to setting aside a separate parents room for our guests with newborns). We had an excellent experience with the UWA Club overall and would highly recommend them as a wedding venue.

We had a fantastic wedding reception at the University Club. Julie, the club's coordinator, is extremely efficient and makes the process of organising your reception so easy. Julie was very prompt replying to any (many) questions, we can not thank her enough. The newly renovated reception room looked fantastic. The club catered above and beyond for guests with dietary requirements and backed it up with great service on the day. Guests commented on how good the mains and desserts were. The University Club even accomodated our request for a tea ceremony. We were given a private upstairs room and tea services. Thank you University Club we are thrilled with our experience with you. We can not speak more highly of your service.

Fantastic reception at the University Club at UWA. Julie was super helpful in arranging so much stuff in preparation for the day, really receptive to our (reasonable) suggestions, helped to get things in place for our slightly original ceremony (also at UWA). Super organised, flexible and creative. The venue is fantastic, pricing is about right for what you get, and the food was very good. The tasting lunch was great to try different things, and there were a lot of compliments for the food on the night. You have to be a member of the University Club to have a function there, but that's also not bad - the food there is really good!
