Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf is a spectacular waterfront wedding venue on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour’s Pyrmont. Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf is located on the upper deck of Pyrmont Wharf, a sleek and stylish location, with breathtaking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and city skyline. Doltone House offers two unique spaces the private loft dining room, providing an intimate atmosphere from 80 - 150 guests, while the heritage wharf private dining area caters for over 550 guests. The venue also offers a great indoor and outdoor setting, with a deck area ideal for welcome drinks and canapes. Offering a range of sample set menus or packages, and can tailor a wedding packages to meet your needs. All you need to do is look after the guest list and leave the divine food and wine to us!

Can I reserve a booking date?

Once you have met with one of our experienced wedding team members, you will be able to tentatively hold a date. From there, we can get it booked & confirmed for you for your wedding.
How do I confirm a booking?

To have your booking confirmed, you will need to place a deposit of 25% of your estimated package price, along with returning a signed copy of your contract.
Can I extend beyond the package time, eg. 5-hour event?

They were amazing! The venue is amazing, and so was the food! We couldn't have asked for a better day.
They were really helpful, although they did have a change over of coordinator a week before the wedding which was stressful but it all went smoothly in the end.

WOW. we don't know where to start with Dolton House Sylvania waters.
From the beginning we were treated by professionals. They accommodated us with what we were after to make our special day come to life. On the day walking in to our wedding we were amazed by the service, quality and the way the place was done up for us. Dolton House you were AMAZING.
Went to the Dolton House open day, where they showcased on their venues. The one is Hyde Park stood out to us the most for it's old fashioned feel and Gatsby theme. Great food and service.
The place were on the wharf, and although it was wet weather they had a wet weather backup for us and changed things up for us accordingly! They seamlessly made room for 2 guests who had originally RSVP'ed no and there was no extra charge! We went with the package they included with drinks and meals as well as a centrepiece they provided!
Doltone House was amazing. Everything went to plan on the day, the staff were fantastic and they managed a few on the day hiccups really well.
My wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing, however we did have a few issues with them on the night. The staff were great on the night but the manager was quite rude and by the end of the night was pushing everyone out. It was so disappointing, but we loved our coordinator.

Absolutely beautiful venue that exceeded our expectations with food. To be frank, we had hired it for the views but the food was delicious and we got lots of positive feedback from our guests. The staff were great - especially our head waitress who made sure I was well-hydrated.
