Dogs are permitted at all of our wedding sites and must be kept on leashes at all sites except for the following three wedding sites that are within off-leash areas: <ul> <li>Paperbark Grove</li> <li>She Oak Grove</li> <li>One More Shot Pond</li> </ul>
Petals are permitted and must be collected afterwards. The throwing of confetti (including biodegradable confetti) and/or rice is not permitted.
Yes. All caterers must comply with statutory health and WH&S (Work, Health and Safety) requirements. Food must be cooked off-site and the caterer’s equipment is included in the furniture allowance. No food or drink can be sold.
Yes, you can engage a company that is licenced to serve alcohol, or serve your own alcohol (BYO) and follow the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) principles outlined below: <ul> <li>not serving alcohol to minors</li> <li>not serving intoxicated persons</li> <li>providing enough food and water</li> <li>ensuring the quiet and good order of your party</li> </ul> <br />Our Rangers will ensure RSA principles are adhered to and will remove any intoxicated persons.
Yes, you can use a low-volume, battery-powered portable speaker or amplifier for the wedding celebrant. Please position speakers towards your area to minimise impact on other visitors. Please note sound must be contained within the boundary line of your site.
Yes, you may have a live acoustic ensemble of up to four people or low-volume pre-recorded music. Bagpipes, drums, pianos or other amplification systems (such as electric guitars or keyboards) are not permitted. Please note sound must be contained within the boundary line of your site.
Each wedding ceremony site has a designated wedding car parking area of approximately 22 meters (the length of four standard car parking spaces) which is close to the site. This area will be reserved for you on the day. Upon confirmation of your booking you will be emailed a map showing the designated parking area and a Wedding Parking Permit. All wedding cars must display the Wedding Parking Permit.
Free car parking is available throughout Centennial Parklands and is available on a first come first serve basis.
Yes, Centennial Parkland is a public space and other events may occur at the same time. However, your chosen ceremony location will be reserved for your exclusive use.
Yes, all cancellations unrelated to wet weather must be made in writing to: info@centennialparklands.com.au.<br /><br />Fees and conditions apply. Refunds are applicable within certain timeframes: <ul> <li>Cancellations received in writing more than 10 working days prior to the boking date will be refunded minus an administration fee. Please see weddings rate card.</li> <li>Cancellations received in writing between 5-10 working days prior to the booking date will receive a 50% refund minus an administration fee. Please see weddings rate card. </li> <li>Cancellations received in writing within 5 working days of the booking date will not be refunded.</li> </ul>
If you wish to cancel your booking on the day due to wet weather, please contact the Rangers on 0412 718 611 before midday. In this instance, your booking will be refunded minus a processing fee. Please refer to the rate card for details.<br /><br />When cancelling on the day of your ceremony due to wet weather, please also ensure that you follow up your phone cancellation with an email, within 14 days of your booking date, confirming your cancellation in writing to info@centennialparklands.com.au. <br /><br />Please note, if the phone call is made after midday on the day of the booking no refund will be given.
