Our dedicated reception room Features high ceilings and stunning exposed beams. This venue is ready to be transformed for your reception. Arrange for an elegant seated dinner inside, or choose to dine alfresco, with long tables overlooking the property's vineyard and lake. Our venue can seat a maximum of 130 guests inside. And, as the night draws to a close, the fire pit offers the perfect location to have a special moment together as newlyweds.

Do you charge a reception venue hire fee?

At Bimbadgen we do not charge a venue hire fee, we simply charge you the amount per head for the reception package you have selected.
Do you offer Winter wedding or midweek wedding specials?

Yes we do offer special packages for Winter weddings or midweek weddings from $135pp. Please enquire today and we would be happy to send you through our current speical offers.
Do you have a kids package available?

We certainly can cater for kids at your wedding reception. Each child can enjoy a main meal from our kids menu, a bowl of ice cream and their choice of topping and a drink from $30 per child.
Can I extend my wedding after the 5 hours?
Bimbadgen Palmers Lane
Yes you can certainly choose to extend your wedding beyond the included 5 hours. Your wedding may run until 11.30pm when the bar and your music is to cease. All guests are to have departed the venue before 12am.
There is no additonal hire fee to secure the venue beyond 5 hours.
Can I extend my Drinks Package?
Bimbadgen Palmers Lane
Yes we offer beverage package extensions at $10pp per hour.
If you would prefer you can implement a bar tab where drinks are tallied in this time and settled for payment at the end of the wedding.
Alternatively we can run a cash bar where your guests can purchase their own drinks after this time.

Where do I even start? The view alone is enough to make anyone marvel in awe... the vineyards, the lakes, and the 360 degree uninterrupted views of the mountains and sky. We got married here on a gorgeous winter's day and it was perfect. Whatever dramas occurred that day, they were handled like a pro and we weren't even made aware of it. The food was perfectly cooked, and don't even get me started on the wine and bubblies! The whole team went above and beyond (Special shout-out to the remarkable and sweet Elizabeth Hoye)! Most of our guests came from overseas and we were worried that their long journey would not be worth it. But everyone had a wonderful time and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We are still over-the-moon, and we couldn't have picked a better place to get married.
