They initially stopped in just to browse, but we were immediately hooked by Frank’s knowledge and charming personality. He took the time to listen carefully to our theme and the overall vibe of the day, ultimately suggesting a timeless tuxedo that was perfect for our black-tie event. The tuxedos fit everyone perfectly, and we couldn’t have looked sharper. Dollface Garage made our wedding day truly unforgettable. Maddie and Chris, the husband-and-wife duo behind the company, are super down-to-earth and genuinely care about their clients. Maddie was an absolute dream to work with, helping us plan and execute our vision for the vintage cars with ease. Chris drove our nearest and dearest to our venue, and later took us on our solo ride to our accommodation when the wedding was over. He knew exactly what to say to calm our nerves and gave us the quiet moments we needed in the backseat to ourselves. They nailed the “chic with an edge” brief perfectly. Highly recommend!

Ben and I can't recommend Jade from Bloom Folk enough! She was a dream to work with—warm, kind, and incredibly professional. No request was too small or too big for her, and she achieved the perfect balance between timeless elegance and chic, modern disco. From our first consultation, we felt total trust in her creative vision. Jade truly brought our ideas to life, and the ceremony piece was better than we could have ever dreamed of! I wish I had a million more photos to capture its beauty. The ‘mini buttonholes’ we asked for were so absolutely stunning and lasted all day – even the boys were raving about them! I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to have had the beautiful MBL team with me on the morning of my wedding. Brittany and Rosealee were so warm, professional and fun, it felt like having a pair of friends there helping us. Bonnie-Lee was a dream to work with – whether it was a flurry of last-minute additions for makeup, or an impromptu call about how to choose the best lippy for the big day – no request was too big or small! When I had my trial with Brit, I have her the brief “Pricilla Presley chic, but make it modern”, and she absolutely nailed it. I felt like myself, but better. On the morning of my wedding, I had total trust in the MBL team. We had an open-door policy and had friends and family come to have their hair and makeup done. Everyone left looking (and feeling) sensational – even the fussiest of the ladies were raving about how much they loved their looks. Thank you for helping make the day everything we could have hoped for and more!

Bimbadgen Palmers Lane was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Unrivalled views in every direction, amazing food and wine, and incredible service from the team. Billie, Paula and Ti were like our fairy-godmothers, who helped coordinate everything in the lead-up to, and throughout the day. They provided expert advice on how to achieve our dream vision for the day, gave excellent vendor recommendations and helped keep the day running smoothly. Even when we had to go to our wet-weather backup, the team were friendly, calm and professional, and provided the exact reassurance we needed. Our friends and family were so impressed by everything about Bimbadgen, and we wish we could go back and relive it all over again.

I have absolutely been bombarded with compliments about how chic, timeless and perfect this dress was for me. As a pear-shaped, extra-tall gal, I was a little daunted about going dress shopping some 18 months ago. However as soon as I set foot in your boutique, the staff were so welcoming, bubbly and kind, all my fears were set aside. Putting on my dress the morning of my wedding, I felt SO comfortable - in truth, something I did not expect after all the stress leading up to the big day. When a compliment was thrown out about my dress during the ceremony, I couldn't help by call back "THANKS, IT HAS POCKETS!". It was an honour to wear a dress that felt like it was custom designed just for me.

Ben and I were absolutely blown away with Melanie and Michael from Diamond Strings – what a duo! The pair performed on the violin and guitar, providing the most perfect ambience for our ‘chic with an edge’ ceremony. Melanie was a dream to work with in the lead up to the wedding, helping us refine our song-list, assist with backing music on a surprise vocal performance, and executing the most perfect cover of an indie-rock song for the bridal entrance (not a dry eye in the house). When our Celebrant, Marry Me Mel, noticed a nervous comment in passing from Ben, she casually floated an idea with Diamond Strings, who knew exactly what to do. Melanie sprang into action and surprised us with a cover of "Sandstorm" by Darude for the Groom's entrance, breaking the tension perfectly. Diamond strings were warm, professional and had the most amazing attention to detail – we would recommend them a million times over to anyone considering live music for their ceremony. Thank you for helping make the day everything we could have hoped for and more!

Ben and I can’t even begin to express how grateful we were to have had Mel as the person to marry us. We laughed and cried all day and wish we could go back and relive it all over again. Mel's care for us was clear from the start. Our meetings were friendly and relaxed, with her always eager to help. Just hours before the ceremony, she checked in to see how we were doing and finalize any last-minute details. After noticing a nervous comment in passing from Ben, she took it upon herself to organise a surprise with our ceremony musicians - Diamond Strings - to play "Sandstorm" by Darude for the Groom's entrance, breaking the tension perfectly. The ceremony was everything we could have hoped for. From our meetings and communications Mel was able to deliver a highly personalised ceremony that felt like a friend who knew us for years was marrying us. Our friends and family had the BEST things to say about the ceremony and how included they felt – a true credit to Mel and her craft. She found the perfect balance between sincerity and hilarity and had the most incredible attention to detail, making our ceremony unforgettable. These little details and personalisation’s are a prime example of Mel going above and beyond for her couples. Mel, thank you for the banter, thank you for sharing our love story and thank you for making everyone feel the love. We’ll be raving about you until we are old and grey.
