OVERVIEW

At Nicol's Paddock we are able to host smaller Private Functions.

We can accommodate up to 50 people for a sit down meal or up to 65 for a cocktail style function.

To give all our groups the best attention possible, we only offer one book-out function per month. For this reason we do require a small non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Saint Regis Winery was the most beautiful, relaxed and wonderful location. The owners and staff were delightful to deal with, the food and wine was delicious. All together an amazing experience, for our ceremony and reception. Thank you Saint Regis Winery in Waurn Ponds!

We love Saint Regis - the food is always delicious, the wine is always top notch and the service is always impeccable! We love that it's local and showcases the best of the Geelong region. We love it so much we got married here in May 2017! Kat and Jack were wonderful to deal with from start to finish while we were planning our wedding, and the beautiful venue was ours for the day - typical of their incredibly accommodating service and passion for making their customers happy! Nothing was too difficult and they truly made our day perfect. We're certified regulars for sure!
