Located in a beautifully secluded part of Sydney up on the headland, Milestone Events is a unique 1930s traditional Art Deco wedding venue nestled amongst the native flora and fauna of the Sydney Harbour National Park. When looking for a wedding venue, have an idea of what style of wedding you want, sit down, cocktail, indoor or outdoor as well of have a rough idea of the amount of people you are planning on inviting in your head, this will filter out the venues that don't suit your direct needs.
Also if you want a ceremony and reception at the one venue. Also think about what you style and theme you want then look for the venues that work within your budget and this will hopefully not leave you with too many options. Also remember the season, you want a venue that has air conditioning for summer as well as heating facilities in winter.
How far in advance should I book my wedding venue?

Gone are the days of booking your wedding 2 years to 18 months in advance. Anywhere between 6 and 12 months is an ideal amount of time. It makes it less stressful as you don't over think everything you do and also helps you focus on what the most important things are and leave behind the small things.
