Petrichor Farm
OVERVIEW
Petrichor Farm is set on 170 acres of grazing land. Hidden within the confines of the natural lay of the land. The site was picked by early settlers due to its farming capabilities and having a constant water supply. The farm has been lovingly restored over the past three years.
The homestead sits amid manicured lawns, a creek winds through the back of the old shearing shed. There is an abundance of native wildlife - Kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, wallabies and an array of native birds.
Gundaroo is a short 10 minute drive from the property, take in the history, dating back to the Gold Rush in the mid 1850's, spend a day out enjoying local wine and produce.
