From our initial meeting with Stephanie it was smooth sailing at the Mercure. They took care of everything and all we had to do was turn up on the day. The food was amazing! And so was the service! A complimentary nights accommodation for us was a nice touch too!

Mercure was fantastic they made everything run smoothly I did not have to worry about anything during or prior. Mercure even had slippers underneath the bridal table for myself and the brides maids which was a great personal touch.

Tina and the team and the Mercure Grosvenor did an amazing job for our wedding reception. The food was exactly what we had trialled during our menu selection and the bar staff were fantastic and accomodating our guest requests. Any questions we had were answered in timely manner and Tina did a fantastic job liasing with our suppliers. Would thoroughly recommend this venue.
