Advertised a sale and we showed up without an appointment and they got cranky. The lady was rude to us even though we just got a dress off the rack and didn't need any alterations.

On the day, it rained and they were helpful getting us inside. They were really helpful with answering questions and setting up everything before the day. I'd recommend them to anyone and the guests loved the venue.
