We plan all events doing as much or as little as you need, while ensuring the best celebration is created for you, no exceptions

Heels & Flats Event Solutions focuses on any event and we can do as much or as little as the client requires. Additionally the point of difference for us is in the detail, ensuring there is always a “wow” factor; and working to any budget and any time frame. We only use exceptional contacts and suppliers who also believe in ensuring the highest of quality, so regardless of budget you always get quality.

Having worked on a range of events the Heels & Flats team understand that removing any stress factors out of event planning process is imperative in ensuring you can relax and just enjoy what you need to regarding the celebration. So if your mother-in-law to be is driving you crazy or you are worried about not pleasing someone then let us do this worrying for you.

Heels & Flats has been designed to ensure that as its name suggests we add some fun and given each event we work on, a shoe type/style that reflects the event and the client(s).

where should I focus my budget?

Should I get the most important things first, like the venue and photographer, then worry about the rest later?

Congratulations on your upcoming event.

The most important things are what you deem as important and usually the brides dress and location is the most important but also not necessarily the most expensive.

It is advised you really look at all aspects of your budget and focus a maximum amount you want to spend on each area so you can stick to a budget and save you going over budget.

Do we need to invite plus ones?

What are your thoughts on giving out plus ones? Do I have to give them?

Congratulations on your upcoming event.

If you know of people who have partners and you know them then usualyl poeple invite them. Culturally you may need to invite partners if this is expected and you do not want to offend anyone in the family.

At then end of the day it is up to you and your partner if you want to invite plus and as long as your budget allows the extras.
