Our Full-Service Planning package includes:

-creating mood boards

-manage budgets and keep you on top of any instalments

-find decor suppliers to bring your vision to life

-connect you with amazing celebrants

-organise vendors including entertainment, lighting, transport, accommodation, invitations, hair & makeup, photographer, videographer etc

-coordinate and special touches (pizza truck or crossword puzzles etc)

-arrange rehearsal dinners

-undertake communication between suppliers

-coordinate the event on the day, making sure you, your support team and your guests have the best day ever (see inclusions below)

-follow up with vendors, including photographer and videographer for after-wedding deliverables

-this is a minimum of 300+ hours working on the back-end (weddings are surprisingly time-consuming so we manage it all for you)

Our Month-Of Coordination Package includes:

-hand over of all vendor communication and organisation a month before the wedding

-finalising any final details or last-minute required changes

-coordinating the rehearsal dinner

-coordinating the wedding day to ensure you, your support team and your guests have the best day ever (see inclusions below)

This package is designed for those who already have their vendors organised and want to enjoy their last month of being married, don't want to look at a seating chart ever again, and want to be fully submerged in self-care, hens/bucks/bridal shower enjoyment before the wedding. We take on the last-month stress as we know that being engaged is a finite period and believe it should be fully embraced and enjoyed rather than being a source of stress.

Our Day-Of Coordination includes:

-us having a handover a few days before the wedding, so vendors know who to contact on the day

-conducting a site inspection with you so we know your full vision

-managing all vendor communication, set up, and pack down the day of the wedding

-our team can be with each member of the couple from the morning, ensuring the morning and wedding prep is happening smoothly, running on time, and everyone is fed and watered appropriately

-we set up the ceremony and venue to your specifications, noting that many venues only offer certain styling services and their venue manager's priority is their venue, not the couple or your vision for the day as a whole

-we are the people behind the scenes making the day run smoothly to ensure shots are set up for photographers, everyone is where they need to be, and to ensure your guests are moving through your wedding experience smoothly.
