Dear Yanna and Pavel, We want to thank you immensely for your amazing effort on our special day! Yanna, as I mentioned to you on the night, you were the calm I absolutely needed, exactly when I needed it. We can not thank you both enough for going above and beyond for us and doing so much more than was expected! And it was definitely very much owed to you too how cooperative and happy our toddler was on the day - people's energy make a huge difference in that and from the moment you walked into our room Yanna, she immediately felt she could trust you and come to you. Thank you both for being so sweet and patient with her! We just had a look at the sneak peak photos too and they are absolutely stunning!!! We are so incredibly happy with how the photos and the night turned out, thanks to you! Thank you so much for your flexibility and patience on the night! My wife and I cannot express enough gratitude for the way Yana and Pavel were able to capture our special wedding day. When we were first looking for photographers, we could only recall the work these 2 did for my brothers wedding. First and foremost, they were respectful of our wishes and understood how to professionally position themselves in the Church and at the venue for the reception. That little detail is hard to find with some photographers. They made sure to communicate every step of the way. Their insight and creativeness when capturing different moments of our day, went beyond what we could possibly have imagined. They did such a marvellous job. They were direct when they needed to be and gave us directions for different shots. We felt so well cared for because they just wanted to make sure that they captured everything. There were multiple moments were they had to improvise. They knew the layout of each location, church, park layout near the reception hall and the reception hall itself. They took into consideration the weather and sunlight hours which in the end just really encapsulated the mood of the day. We were so relaxed and comfortable being guided by them. They were funny and playful which helps to break the ice abit because it's not everyday that we pose for strangers. They took the time to really get to know us beforehand. The initial call was super helpful and simply a relief because they made sure that we knew that they had everything handled. The email exchanges helped them to know all the other finer details and by simply getting that sorted just helped us to sit back, relax and really enjoy the one day that would mean the world for us. So, for any couples out there, that are looking for the best photographers, know that Yana and Pavel are around to capture your day beyond what you could hope for. Your welcome. From the first phone call I knew Yana at Birch and Wattle was the photographer for us. Her communication was excellent and from the very first phone call she had us at ease. Leading up to the wedding Yana happily answered all my questions and made the whole process stress free. Yana turned up on the day and was able to capture all the beautiful moments. She was awesome with directions on how to pose, she was able to find amazing spots for back drops and brought such a calming presence to the day. We got our sneak peak a week or so after the wedding and we were so impressed. The photos were amazing. Approx 6-7 weeks later we had the full album and it did not disappoint. We loved all the photos and will continue looking and loving them for years to come. If your looking for a photographer with amazing communication, friendly, calming presence and who captures the most amazing photos Birch and Wattle is the way to go!
