The Musicquarium

The Musicquarium is a collective of Sydney based professional musicians.

We provide live bands for around 150 weddings, Jewish weddings, corporate events and parties each year. Our network of musicians covers Sydney and NSW so no matter where you need to hire live music we can provide the perfect package.

Want to hire a funky soul or pop/rock band for a wedding reception? Maybe a jazz quartet or a 'Ratpack' swing band for an intimate party? 

We have a number of excellent wedding bands to choose from, each specifically designed to cater for a different style of repertoire. All of our wedding bands were created by The Musicquarium and are exclusively managed by us. Also, rather than being distinct bands, we mix-and-match our musicians across all of our bands so we can tailor the performance to fit your exact exact requirements.

We are not a music agency; our staff are performers in the wedding bands too. Our musicians are sourced from the same central group of top professionals and most musicians are able to perform in most of our bands. This enables wedding band hire to be completely flexible in terms of repertoire and instrumentation.
