The role of a Master of Ceremonies for a Wedding is to ensure that the day or night runs smoothly, in order and on time. Throughout the night they will liaise with the venue's function supervisor and other vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ) to ensure that they are ready for the next event e.g. meals, speeches, dancing. Together with the DJ they will also ensure that all your guests are having a fun and joyful time from start to finish.

Yes we can provide you with a template for a full day runsheet and contact sheet. Why a full day runsheet? Having a wedding does not just start with the ceremony. Wedding Parties need to get ready many hours prior to the ceremony. It is important for vendors to know what time they need to be and what location.

Yes I am I able to DJ and MC for the evening for a packaged price.

 Full PA System and Lighting is provided for up to 100 people. More than 100 people can be catered for at an extra cost.

Paul is fantastic! He is very good at moving around the guests and including everyone. When we watched back our video he was really fun. Everything ran smoothly and he was very helpful in the lead up. Paul was our MC. He's very confident and funny. He can also be accommodating for the style of MC you are looking for.

Do I need an MC?

Having an MC whether it be someone professional or a guest at your wedding, can help make the reception part of the wedding run smoothly. The MC is responsible to ensure that he run sheet is moving along and working with all the vendors to make sure that they are all ready for the next part, this includes ensuring that the Bride and Groom are ready too. Along with the entertainment for the reception, they can help provide some extra energy throughout the night. If deciding to ask a guest always make sure that they are comfortable working a microphone and speaking in front of an audience.

how do i start the dancing at my wedding if im not having a first dance?

Your DJ/Band and MC will work hand in hand with you to make sure your entertainment for the evening is of high standards. Head straight to the dancefloor and the MC will get your guests up to the dancefloor. Your DJ/Band will have everyone dancing with a crowd favourite tune
