Hi Samantha, Thanks for your feedback. it needs to be noted that your MC was asked by Simon yopur DJ to come and see him before he announced any of the formalities. This is the role of the MC. Not to only announce the formalities but to ensure the other key players are notified of the impending formality. In our case to cue music before the formality actually happens. Simon was also placed out of the line of sight of the MC and Bridal table so he was working blind. It is stated in the contract that we need clear sight to the Bridal Party. This is the exact reason why. Simon did the best he could considering his placement and the lack of communication from your MC.
