We recently used Lala Design for our wedding invites. Coronavirus really threw a spanner in the works for us but the team at Lala Design couldn't have been more accommodating. You can tell they really care about each of their clients and want to provide the best experience possible. The end result far surpassed anything I could possibly have expected! The team kept me really involved in the whole design process so in the end I felt like I was a part of the finished result, which meant a lot to me. I will defintiley continue to use Lala design for future invites and stationary. Although there are cheaper quotes out there with bigger businesses it is well worth spending that little bit extra to make the whole experience something special in itself. It has been such an awesome experience working with the girls, who are all there to guide you through all your jumbled thoughts and ideas, and I have loved every piece we’ve come up with together.

OMG! What an amazing experience it was dealing with Lala and her wonderful team. We could not fault a thing. From the first FaceTime call to many emails back and forth to the final product they were faultless. I had never had anything custom made for me before so Lala very patiently walked us through the process and teased out our ideas and vision for our big day. Lala completely understood where we were coming from in design, budget and wonderfully interpreted our vision with our budget in mind. Lala’s communication was always quick, on point and bubbly. Would look forward to emails. ‘Lala’s girls’ Kellie and Anna are just the best people! They executed our idea flawlessly! Anna wasn’t shy about suggesting things and 9/10 times she would blow us away. My only regret is that our budget wasn’t bigger to have them do everything our hearts desired

Beautiful and personalised wedding planner, so detailed with so many helpful hints. Highly recommend. Also purchased a sample pack of invites, love all the options to choose from!

My Fiancé laughed at me when i told him how much i had spent on a wedding planner book. But when it had arrived and we looked through it together he was very happy with it because he was learning alot with the amount of info inside the planner. So yes I definitely recommend this to anyone

10/10 would recommend, the stationary sample pack really helps you find what your looking for in regards to invitations and such. The wedding planner is amazing, it has everything you need to know to have the wedding planned without stressing if you missed something! Value for money!

We ordered one of Lala Design's wonderful custom wedding planners and we could not have been happier. It is a great quality product and super easy to use. It is well targeted at what we need with very helpful planning tools. The special addition of being customised as a same sex wedding specific product was a real win for us. Easy to deal with, great website, speedy shipping, useful product. What more could anyone want!? We also loved the samples we received, and while we aren't planning any wedding stationery, it has inspired us to create hard copy thank you cards following the wedding because on seeing the high quality products we were very impressed.

Lala and her team were extremely helpful & explained the process very simply, so we knew exactly what the next step in the process was & no need to follow up with them. They were also very accommodating & made things easy with the pick up time of the item. And most of all, we loved our Welcome Sign - was exactly what we had envisioned for our big day.
