These guys were fabulous from the start. Mim has been lovely to deal with to organise everything. We met Wes for our pre wedding blended family shoot who was fabulous and captured beautiful images of us. It was great to have Wes shoot out actual wedding day, and he and Marcel on the day were amazing. Relaxed, funny, professional and easy going. They made us feel at ease. We’ve only just viewed the preview pics but they are beautiful and can’t wait to see the rest of our photos and video. Thank you so much Sam and Lisa

With its beautiful natural surrounds, large guest number capacity and ability to host a ceremony onsite we were sold immediately. Hannah was accommodating and helpful and put together a personalised package and later Nicole ensured all the elements were in place and easily accommodated and supported changes we needed to make. Communication on the night about music and speech program and timing was the only criticism for us, but I think this was related to trying to balance out timing, meals and our request to have a less structured program. All in all Ottimo’s and (Nicole and Peter’s) attention to detail was reassuring and wonderful and food quality and quantity and professional service were fabulous. Everyone had a great time and we’ve had amazing feedback about the beautiful venue, food and staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Lisa and Sam

Lala and her team were amazing to deal with. I opted to phone to talk through my options and was fortunate to have Lala answer and guide me through the entire ordering process. She was helpful, understanding and lovely to deal with. We ordered invites, finer details cards, envelopes and she assisted us to order personalised stamps which completed the invites beautifully. I later ordered some on the day stationary. Everything arrived quickly, shipped over to Sydney and looked better than we’d hoped for. We had so many compliments.
