Lola went above and beyond for our wedding invitations. She made sure we got the most perfect and practical invitation for our theme of wedding which included an Acrylic invitation with etched and laser printed detailing of our flowers. She is highly reliable and gets back to you immediately with answers to any and all questions. Thank you Lola so much for working along side us and making such amazing and one of a kind invitations and stationery for our big day. ❤️

Masha's talent, attention to detail and friendly support made the scary task of invite design so easy. She was such a lovely shoulder to lean on when I couldn't decide what to do and walked me through every option and gave her personal and professional opinion - which I am SO glad I listened too! She provided the most beautiful invites and I am incredibly grateful for all she did for our day. Masha will help set the scene and carry on your theme from the whole wedding with any piece of stationery she produces for you.

Masha was completely wonderful! Her shop in Osborne Park is gorgeous and you are spoilt for choice. After our first meet and greet we were able to to have the most beautiful design made up and it was all smooth sailing from there. It truly set the tone for the rest of the wedding - elegant and stylish! Thank you so much!!

While my wife designed our invitations and stationery, Masha from Felicitations was incredibly professional and patient throughout the printing process. She provided many options for us and adapted to many changes, and the print quality was just beautiful! We especially loved our acrylic monogram that was a major feature of the reception. We can definitely recommend her printing services and expertise to everyone!

How to deal with guests who don't RSVP on time

It's so frustrating having to chase up guests who haven't RSVPd. I didn't think it would be so hard. What approach is best (and quickest!) to get our guests to RSVP?

felicitations

Chasing RSVP's can be one of the trickier parts of wedding planning!

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated when guests haven't RSVP'd on time. One approach that tends to be effective is sending out gentle reminders to those who haven't responded yet. A friendly message or call, expressing your excitement about the upcoming event and kindly reminding them of the RSVP deadline, often helps prompt a response.

Remember, while it can be a bit of a task, your guests likely have busy schedules too, so approaching them with warmth and understanding usually yields the best results. If you need any further assistance or advice on managing RSVPs, feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you every step of the way!

We’re over 60. Do we need to invite all aunts and uncles of deceased parents even if we’re not close?

I am very close to my 90-year-old aunt, who was my late uncle's wife and want to invite her to our small wedding dinner/reception. I have three other aunts and one uncle, all in their 90s, who live over an hour away. Would it be rude not to invite them all, even if we’re not that close? If so, will I need to add a plus one (or two for spouses) since they don’t drive and would need a ride?

felicitations

Thank you so much for sending in your question!

Wedding guest lists are always the trickiest part of wedding planning. It's a very delicate balance between family obligations and personal relationships. Firstly, it's important to assess your budget and venue capacity. If you have limited space or budget constraints, it may be more practical to focus on inviting those who are closest to you, like your late uncle's wife.

In terms of etiquette, it's generally not necessary to invite all aunts and uncles of deceased parents if you're not particularly close to them. However, if you feel strongly about extending an invitation to them as a gesture of respect or maintaining family harmony, it's definitely worth considering.

It's very thoughtful of you to consider their needs in terms of plus ones/transport arrangements. Since they don't drive if you do decide to invite them, you could either organise tranport for them or extend the invitation to their spouses to ensure their comfort and convenience.

Ultimately the decision is completely yours to make depending on your budget, logistics and most importantly relationships! Whatever you decide, it's important to communicate your decision with sensitivity, explaining that due to the size of the wedding, you have had to limit the guestlist. Most guests, should understand and respect your choices, especially if you approach the situation with kindness.

Hope this helps, we wish you the best of luck with your wedding planning!

Can you assist with the messaging/wording on our wedding stationery?

We are not very good at this sort of thing. When we order our invitations, can you assist us with what we say?

felicitations

Absolutely! During our consultation process, we run you through the design and explain all of the wording that needs to be included, narrowing it down to the text which is most relevant for your big day.

We recommend looking at wording inspo via our instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/felicitations_invites/

Or you can email us at design@felicitations.com.au to request a full wedding wording booklet!

Hope all this helps, best of luck with your wedding planning :)
