We truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for Stacie!! She came on board as our Stylist and Coordinator with only two months left until our wedding, and helped us plan the things we were struggling to plan. She stepped in seamlessly and completely brought our day together in ways we could not have done on our own. As our coordinator, she was absolutely incredible. We had the best day, and that is truly because of Stacie. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea about it. Everything was handled so perfectly and effortlessly behind the scenes that we didn’t have to worry about any logistical details and were able to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Knowing Stacie had everything under control gave us such peace of mind. As our stylist, she brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way. She had the perfect ideas, an amazing eye for detail, and an ability to see how everything would come together. She sourced the most perfect vendors to suit our style and our day, and she handled all communication with them, which made the entire planning process so much easier and far less stressful. Her knowledge, creativity, and connections were invaluable. On the day everything Stacie styled came out even better than we imagined. Every detail was thoughtful and cohesive, and we could not be happier with how everything looked. It looked exactly how I envisioned in my mind and that is entirely thanks to her talent and dedication. Stacie was generous with her time, knowledge, and skills, and always went above and beyond. We are so glad we found Stacie when we did as it was one of the best decisions we made, and we will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so perfect. We could not recommend Stacie any more if you are planning a wedding or event as she is absolutely the best!!!

We worked with Stacie on our Nov 2025 wedding for styling and event co-ordination and this is why you should work with her for your wedding Styling - Creativity: as a recovering perfectionist I can find it really hard to trust people to deliver the exact vision I want but Stacie’s creativity and professionalism made it so easy to put all my trust in her to achieve the look we wanted for the day. I remember standing there on my wedding day looking around the venue and thinking this is EXACTLY how I wanted it to look like. - Flexible: she’s very adaptable whenever you change your mind or want to try a new concept and will dive head first and research it all for you so you don’t have to do any of the ground work, making the decision making so easy after all the pros and cons are presented to you - Organised: Stacie will keep you accountable with making those decisions you’ve been putting off with gentle reminders, she’s shown great organisation and attention to detail from her previous experiences and helps you to perfect the ideal look you want for your wedding while meeting deadlines for ordering any decor - Budget: I wanted to DIY some things and Stacie was very happy to let me do this and worked with the decor and signage that I made - Committed: Stacie delivered on all the items that we agreed on , and she absolutely hit the ball out of the park with her work on draping for the dancefloor and entry way. Event co ordination - she’s cool calm and collected! On the day she does not stress and makes you feel very relaxed. She’s perfected the fine line between making sure things run on time but also flexible to give you time to breathe and not feel like the day is so rigid. - I would highly recommend working with Stacie for event co ordination because it allows you to enjoy the day rather than stressing about directing people on where to go and what to do. Overall Stacie played a huge part in the success of our day and we felt she was always on our side , she has the perfect blend of creativity, professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend her work to future couples!

Stacie has made our wedding styling to perfection! From first chats, to the real deal, she was nothing short of a miracle worker! Made all of our visions come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how our wedding was organised, planned, set up and styled!! We had the weather against us, and she still made sure everything from outside to inside, was styled to perfection! We even got to celebrate our wedding on her birthday and there were NO hesitations about doing so!

Oh my, where do we start with Stacie! From the beginning Stacie was a dream to work with, she understood what we wanted & how we wanted to achieve it. Not once did we feel worried or unsure about how our space was going to look or feel. On the day, Stacie just performed. She was an absolute wiz at transforming the space & being able to utilise different flower arrangements from our ceremony to our reception & do it so stealthy no one even knew!!! Stacie was able to bring to life quite literally the vision that was in my mind! I’d have her style my wedding over and over!

Stacie brought all the elements together perfectly from the beautiful and elegant table decorations to the amazing place cards guests could take home and plant in their garden. She made it all seem effortless. Took all the stress and pressure away so we could just enjoy our special day.
