We usually recommend a long lasting one . We also love MAC lipsticks.

Hi there, as weddings tend to last a long time I would suggest you using a long lasting lipstick (my favs are from Nars, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Huda Beauty) and as you did mention having  dry lips I would make sure to moisturise them really well before applying any lip product (using a lip scrub for a week prior to the wedding would also help hips). As to lip glosses - I love the ones from Fenty Beauty, Nars, Dior and also NYX for a cheaper option (none of them feel sticky on the lips).

This is a personal preference for the bride and bridesmaids, however I always recommend a creamy lipstick and suggest that you and your bridesmaids purchase a lipstick to touch up throughout the day so your lips looks fresh and luscious all night long.

I would definitely recommend steering clear of any type of gloss, at least until the reception! Gloss will get on everything (Hubby when you have your 1st kiss , veil if it is over your face, in your hair if it is windy) and can make what should be a very memorable moment, memorable for all the wrong reasons.

I always recommend my brides to use a matte lipstick for the ceremony and then add a gloss if they wish for the reception. One of my favourites is Liquid Lips from my Pro. range. At the moment I have a special offer. All Brides who book with me receive their choice of lipstick from my Pro. range complimetry to touch up with on their wedding day.

All the best with your wedding planning, exciting times ahead!

Long lasting lip products are famous for feeling a bit dry on the lips, due to their ingredients and durability requirements.

Lipsense is one brand which does a very long lasting lip product, but on some skins, it can still feel a little dry, or uncomfortable, from reports I have heard. Overall though it is a lovely option though, as you will get this with most brand reviews.

Model rock has been a great product for us, but like all long lasting products, some find it a little drying.  I wear it regularly and don't find it uncomfortable, but everyone is different.

Another great brand is Kryolan's Lip stains.  They go like a long lasting lippy and hold like one too, but leave a little stain on the skin, so even when it wears off, your lips still have a nice hint of colour.

The suprising one for me is Aldi's long lasting lip colour.  It's feel is similar to most long lasting products, but i use it all the time on my own lips and find it comfortable to wear. But for just $7.99  I really cannot complain either way. It lasts fairly well, feels fairly comfy, has some nice colours and is an absolute bargain!!

All my recomendations are Cruelty Free too.  We are an animal testing free business :)

I recommend a lip stain or a long lasting liquid lipstick like Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick. You can kiss with these, the only issue you may have is with eating anything greasy as this can lift the liquid lipstick.
