Absolutely, we highly recommend a trial for both hair and makeup to not only work out and lock in a look that works for you but also to test out products and their longivity on you. Think of trial as an insurance policy, it'll save you so much stress on the wedding day, so you won't ask yourself questions such as, what if the makeup or hair style doesn't look good on me? What if the makeup looks cakey or doesn't last on me? What if I'm allergic to the foundation? 

No, quite the opposite actually. For a full glam look, a clients skin is often hidden under a pretty thick layer of makeup, which can mask just about everything. And because it's more heavy handed and glamourous, some mistakes can often to overlooked. For example, you'll pay more attention to someone's red lipstick colour and their smokey eyes, as opposed to the condition or texture of their skin underneath. With natural makeup, much of the time is not spent on making the make up look good, it's spent on making YOU look good. This is where perfecting the skin comes in. Foundation cannot be overly thick and detailed precision concealing work is required. When a look is simple and natural, there is nowhere for mistakes to hide. Natural makeup can sometimes take longer to achieve because of its detailed work.
