No. I offer phone consultations at convenient times for couples and then contact through email. I am happy to meet at the venue after a deposit has been paid.
Yes. You can make changes up to 21 days before your wedding date.
Yes. You will need to lock in your Wedding date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as bookings fill very quickly.
At My Botanic Life our quotes are based on florists choice. Brides can select colour theme and design and a special flower that may have signifigance to them, Florists choice is based on seasonal sustainable flowers that leave a small carbon foot print. If you have special flower needs I will do my upmost to supply if you are interested in premium flowers such as toffee roses, hydrangeas, peonies and dahlias expect to pay more.
Please contact your florist as soon as you have booked your Church/wedding space and reception centre to lock in your date.

Get Expert AdviceIs January a hard date for flowers to be supplied for a wedding?
Hello! My partner & I are getting married in Byron Bay and hoping for 11 Jan 2025. We have been told my a florist that flowers around that time are hard to get as wholesalers close normally until 14 January. We are wondering whether we should change our wedding date because we’d love to have some gorgeous flowers for the day and not a limited supply and ones that doesn’t match our colours & make us feel fab. I am not particular about type of flowers more style of bouquet and colours. The florist we have spoken to can’t really tell us either way if anything will be available and we feel is more focused on booking us than helping us be realistic. Your advice is appreciated!

I often have wedding's booked early in the new year and havent had a problem getting seasonal flowers, sometimes imported flowers can be a little scarce over christmas/ New year period as a florist you just need to be organised and get your orders in early. Best wishes for a wonderful day! Nicole
