I just received my dress back, before sending it I was so worried and messaging if they would be able to clean such a dirty dress. It was a ballgown dress in satin with a huge train at a wet muddy farm wedding. The dress looks BRAND NEW! I am sure they must have just bought a new one and sent it back 😂😂 thank you so much, I'm glad I put my trust in you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Amazing customer service the whole time, I was getting messages about the process and reassurance.

Shuchi and the team at D’italia were incredible! I had tried quite a few dresses on prior to visiting D’italia and always walked away feeling disappointed! I had seen the ‘Scarlett’ gown from the moment I started looking at wedding dresses but wanted to try others on rather than going straight to the first dress I saw, as soon as I tried the Scarlett gown on I knew it was the one! The whole process was seamless and I couldn’t recommend the team at D’Italia high enough! Eva the dressmaker was a delight to work with also! My wedding day was complete because of my Scarlett gown and i have never received so many compliments in my life!! Thank you ladies so much xx

They were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I had WLS a few months prior to finding the one and knew I would keep losing weight, they allowed me to come back for measurements further on and then ordered the dress. They made me feel so special and like a true bride.

Irene was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with - nothing was ever too much trouble. She went out of her way to help me both in Cairns and Tolga, and was always a joy to chat with along the way. She also did my alterations, and the dress fit like a dream. I’m still so in love with it - it was everything I’d hoped for and more! I also got my veil from Irene, and the delicate pearls were the perfect touch to complete the look. A special thank you to Julia, who carefully packed my dress and veil into my carry-on suitcase so they’d travel well without getting crumpled—such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Their service was warm, professional, and so reasonably priced for the quality and care they put into everything. I’m so grateful I found my dress through Irene Costa Devine Bridal. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
