These ladies were just gorgeous. They made sure my dress was there when I was visiting to get my dress fitted. I usually live in the UK and I was only around for a very short time. They were super helpful when mum picked it up and made sure they were available in the lead up to the wedding just in case!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sales ladies and this shop should not be in the Wedding industry, my bridesmaid dresses were unwearable and after being very very overcharged I had to take them to another bridal shop to be fixed a few days before my wedding. The lack of care and responsibility taken for the terrible alterations job was absolutely appalling. Go anywhere else but here!

Jo listened to what I wanted and was able to select a gown from the Ja'dore catalogue within minutes. Although not in the store, the dress was ordered, arrived on time and was perfect. Thank you ladies.

The staff were really lovely to deal with. I had a few fitting with them and found my dress rather quickly. However, we had to redo some of the sewing and a few of the beads didn't make it through the night

The team here made me feel very comfortable. I am not very bride-y, am pregnant and a needed a larger size... and they worked with me to find something that I would feel good in. I had the dress altered three times and it looked amazing.
