Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sales ladies and this shop should not be in the Wedding industry, my bridesmaid dresses were unwearable and after being very very overcharged I had to take them to another bridal shop to be fixed a few days before my wedding. The lack of care and responsibility taken for the terrible alterations job was absolutely appalling. Go anywhere else but here!

Cannot thank Terry enough, his genuine care and attention to detail shone through the entire time. The car was amazing and made for fabulous photos. He made sure our experience was perfect and even pulled one of the guests cars around to entrance as she has a walker. If you want a gorgeous car for your wedding, you cannot go past this.

Our Wedding Day would never have been as amazing as it was without Karen and Vince! Best wedding decision we made, attention to every single detail big or small was taken at all times from the moment we first spoke to them. Their genuine care about making our dream come to life shone through at all times. They thoroughly scoped out every possible photo opportunity and location and even booked a stay at the Parmelia Hilton where our reception was. Our engagement shoot was alot of fun and the photos were perfect. They were extremely professional, yet completely approachable and every situation was relaxed. The photos and videos are the lasting proof of the most amazing day, so we are so happy that this job was in their hands. If you are planning your big day, you cannot go past West Coast Weddings!

Our cake was 100% amazing! Lyn was a joy to work with, nothing was too much trouble and she was excited about bringing my dream cake to life. Other cake makers I had contacted did not even want to attempt my design. The cake was a big feature in our wedding and will be a precious memory for life. Not only did it look amazing, the different flavoured cakes were beautiful. I cannot say thank you enough!! Will not be going anywhere else for future cakes.
