Coast to Coast the Golden Roast is a specialist spit roast wedding catering service, equipped with mobile facilities and professional staff to host your reception. We can come to any location - home, hall, function room, the family property, even at the beach! We are fully equipped to cater inside or out and do not require the use of other kitchen facilities.

The Golden Roast was established in 1983 and is now one of Australia's largest and fastest growing spit roast caterers. Our success is attributed to our dedication to quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Golden Roast will cater your wedding or special occasion with a menu range of banquets, buffets, cocktail and finger foods.

On your special day we will carefully prepare and present your personally selected menu. We guarantee you the freshest of foods, and all meats are slow cooked at your venue to obtain that succulent tender taste.

Easy communication and booking process. Amazing tasting food with enough to feed our 130 guests with leftovers! Gluten free options to suit our guests. I didn't realise it was served by golden roast but I probably just skimmed over this detail. Great price for wedding catering, lovely food and service.

We used Coast to Coast The Golden Roast for the Ipswich region. Catering is a very costly part of the wedding but having the caterers to run the show on the night and not have to worry about canapes and food, was a blessing. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. The catering girls at the venue were just lovely.

They were on time, worked efficiently and weren’t in the way at all. They stayed later than needed to help accommodate for the celebrants dinner. All of the food tasted amazing and all of the guests were catered for with leftovers. They were also extremely helpful when it came to preparing vegetarian options for my partner.
