Corinne, a Chef with over 20years experience and trained in some of the top restaurants through Sydney in NSW. Recently Moving with her family and now Catering for all. A Chef that loves to make people happy with food, strives to give her best for her customers and make the best menus available no matter the budget. FAQ
Definitely not! This is not neccesary as our Chefs and Staff will be looking after your special days need. If our Staff get Hangry or peckish at any time, we would take care of them.
Although we do not look after this department in providing alcohol. We do have staff that are RSA trained for service at your events.
The amount of Alcohol is entirely up to you and how much you think you Family and Friends might drink. We suggest finding a supplier that has a buy back scheme if you buy to much though.
Although we have set menu's, we can also provide bespoke menus including a late night snack. Feel free to ask for options, or give us an idea of what you might like and we can work with you to create a menu for the late night nibbles.
As with everything come the Silly Season, costs to produce and supply a service will have a surcharge.
We are happy to cater on any day, but public holidays and Special Days like New Years eve do cost that little bit more.
In House Food and Catering is Based at Indooroopilly. For any event ooutside of a 35klm Radius, we would charge a fee for transport.
With us, its pretty simple.
An Idea of what you would like, and what you think your guests might like.
Any Dietry requirements.
Knowledge of the reception location, in particular the kitchen and appliances.
A budget. This is especially handy so we can work with you on a menu.

Not with In House Food and Catering!
In Fact this can be a great way to save a dollar on your catering!
Usually within 2 to 3 weeks of the event. Around the same time a deposit would be taken.
With most weddings, it is customary to provide a meal for the photographer, D.J., MC etc and some if not most would have it written in their contract.
In House Food and Catering Staff are taken care of by our chef's if the need arises.
