We design menus around you. Your style, your crowd, your vibe. Whether that looks like elegant canapés and a plated dinner for eighty or a relaxed long table feast for twenty in your backyard, we bring the same level of care and attention to both. Everything is made with fresh, locally sourced produce, and every detail is tailored to suit the version of your wedding that only you can picture.

Wayne has spent years working across some of Sydney's most demanding hospitality environments, from high volume corporate catering to multi site food operations, building the kind of practical knowledge that only comes from being in the thick of it. As the driving force behind One Pot Catering, Wayne brings a level of operational depth that goes well beyond the food itself. He understands how events are built.

We offer a range of packages from intimate gatherings to large receptions, including cocktail style, sit down dinners, buffet spreads and grazing tables. We work with you to build something that suits your day and your budget.
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months ahead for weddings, especially for peak season dates. That said, reach out as early as possible as popular dates fill quickly.
Absolutely. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and most common allergies. Just let us know your guest requirements when enquiring and we will take care of it.
Yes. We offer tasting sessions for couples so you can try the food before finalising your menu. We want you to feel completely confident in what you are serving your guests.
Yes. Our team handles setup, service and pack down so you and your family can enjoy the day without worrying about a thing.
Our quotes include food, preparation, equipment, serving staff and travel within our service area. We are transparent with pricing and there are no hidden surprises.
Definitely. We love working with couples to create a menu that reflects their tastes, cultural background or wedding theme. Nothing is too out of the box.
We are flexible across all serving styles including plated meals, family style, cocktail canapes and buffet. We will guide you on what works best for your guest count and venue.
We are based in Sydney and service the greater Sydney region. For locations outside our standard area, please enquire as we do consider travel for the right events.
A deposit and signed agreement secures your date. Once that is in place we get to work planning every detail with you leading up to the big day.
One hundred percent. Some of our favourite weddings have had taco stations, Asian banquet spreads, wood fired meats or a mix of everything. Your wedding should feel like you, not like a generic reception menu from 2005. Tell us what you love to eat, what cuisines get you excited, and we will build something around that. Guests always remember a wedding where the food felt personal and different, and that is exactly what we are here to create.
One hundred percent. We are not a one size fits all operation. Whether you are obsessed with the bold flavours of an Asian banquet, want the warmth and generosity of a Middle Eastern feast, love the relaxed sharing vibe of Mediterranean food or fancy something completely left of centre like Korean barbecue or Peruvian, we can make it happen. Some of our favourite weddings have combined two or three cuisines into one cohesive menu and the results are always incredible. Tell us what you love to eat and we will build something around that. Food that feels personal is always the food that gets talked about long after the wedding is over.

Slow cooked pulled pork shoulder, fennel and red cabbage slaw
Mini beetroot salad, goats curd, candied walnuts, baby basil cress(GF)
Tartlet of Wild mushrooms, slow cooked garlic
Mini wagyu beef burger patties, Swiss cheese, caramelised onion, Dijon mustard
Tikka spiced twice cooked pork belly - is amazing!!!
