One Pot Catering SAVED our wedding! I was told the morning before our wedding, saying our current caterers (Orchard Catering) were canceling, with only 32 hours until we were supposed to say “I do!” I sent One Pot Catering an email asking if there was any chance they’d be available on such short notice! And to my surprise, I was called back by a very kind woman named Mandy, who told me that she would do everything possible to help, even though they were already slammed with weddings! Mandy mimicked the menu style we had chosen, and in less than 2 hours she had sorted it all out for us! On the day, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! All the guests raved about the canapés, the slow cooked beef, and the trout…. To die for!!! Thank you so much for saving our wedding!! Love Dan and Gab
