How far in advance should we book our wedding transport?

We recommend booking as early as possible once you have confirmed your wedding date, ceremony location and reception venue. Popular Saturdays and peak wedding periods can book well in advance, particularly for specific vehicles. Booking early gives you the best choice from our fleet.

What can we expect from our wedding chauffeur?

A great wedding chauffeur does much more than simply drive the car. Our experienced and professional chauffeurs understand weddings and all the little details that come with them. From keeping an eye on timing and helping you in and out of the vehicle, to protecting your dress and making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed along the way, they’re there to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. On your wedding day, you shouldn’t have to worry about the transport. That’s our job.

Can you transport our whole bridal party?

Yes. With vehicles ranging from luxury sedans through to 10-passenger stretch limousines and people movers accommodating up to 14 passengers, we can arrange transport for wedding parties of many different sizes. We can also coordinate multiple vehicles where required, helping everyone arrive at the right place at the right time.

Should we pre-book a car for the end of our wedding night?

Absolutely. After a full day of celebrating, the last thing you want to be doing is waiting around for a taxi or rideshare, or trying to work out how you’re getting back to your hotel. Can we cater for child car seats and restraints?

Yes. All of our vehicles can accommodate child car seats, and we have a range available at our depot for your convenience. This means one less thing for you to organise or worry about on your wedding day. Our Wedding Package includes all the special touches to make your wedding transport comfortable, elegant and stress-free.

Your package includes ribbon on the vehicle, wheel covers to protect your dress, flowers or tulle decorating the interior, a red carpet on request, umbrellas, chilled champagne and bottled water.

Can I view the cars before making a booking?

Absolutely. We're very proud of our vehicles and warmly welcome couples to visit our depot and view the fleet in person before booking.

It gives you the opportunity to see the vehicles for yourself, look at the space available and choose the vehicle that best suits your wedding and bridal party.

What vehicles do you have in your fleet?

Enrik Limousines offers a diverse fleet of stretch limousines, luxury European sedans and spacious people movers, allowing us to cater for groups of almost any size.

Our Chrysler stretch limousines are available in 6- and 10-passenger configurations, while our luxury Mercedes sedans comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers. For larger groups, our people movers offer seating for 12, 13 or 14 passengers.

All of our vehicles are black, air-conditioned and professionally maintained by our in-house mechanic, helping ensure they are presented to a high standard and ready to provide a comfortable, reliable journey.

How many wedding cars do we actually need?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The right number of wedding cars depends on how many people are travelling, how many pickup locations you have, your wedding-day timing and, importantly, how comfortably you’d like everyone to travel.

Sometimes one vehicle can work perfectly with well-planned pickups, while other weddings may benefit from multiple cars to keep everything relaxed and running smoothly.

We had a mixed but overall good experience with Enriks Limousines for our wedding. On the positive side, the customer service team were fantastic and very easy to work with during the planning process. On the big day, the drivers themselves were exceptionally nice, professional, and courteous. However, we did experience a bit of stress just before our ceremony. The drivers GPS systems directed them to take back streets, which unfortunately delayed us and caused some unnecessary panic right before our arrival. Everything else was wonderful and the service was high quality, but the route choice did add some avoidable tension to our schedule.

Great service, we had 1 limo drive both sides of the bridal party separately and then we had a chaffaur car collect us at the end of the night. It was raining on our wedding day, our limo driver had umbrellas and escorted us with the umbrellas. As most services are thoughtful enough to bubbles in the limo, the water and sugar snacks in the chaffaur car at the end of the night was probably the highlight and understated selling poing as it was thoughtful, convenient and it actually helped bring us back to reality after the reception. Thank you for getting us to our destinations!

Chris and the team were wonderful! The booking process was really clear and easy. The cars were perfectly clean and arrived right on time. The drivers were kind and super professional. We loved the Mercedes van for our bridal party and the sedan for me and my parents was beautiful. The absolute highlight was the surprise upgrade to a limo for our late night transfer home, which was such a wonderful way to end the wedding. I would use Enrik Limousines for any future events, and would happily confidently recommend them to others.

What did this supplier do well? Everything. From the initial booking process through to our wedding day, the service was exceptional. Chris was fantastic to deal with. Very professional, responsive, organised, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, Melbourne decided to give us one of its coldest, windiest and wettest days imaginable. We had so many plans for photos, but the weather had other ideas! Despite that, our driver Warren was incredible. He arrived early, helped keep me calm before the ceremony, and made sure everyone got in and out of the limo without getting soaked. Nothing felt rushed or stressful because he was always one step ahead. And a special mention to the champagne in the limo! it came in very handy on the drive to the church. It definitely helped settle my nerves before walking down the aisle. The only downside? I may have accidentally enjoyed most (or all) of it myself, which meant there wasn’t much left for the wedding party on the trip to the reception. LOL Why would I recommend them to others? Because they genuinely care. Great service isn’t tested when everything goes perfectly… it’s tested when things don’t go to plan. Despite the terrible weather, they helped make our day feel effortless, calm and special. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional wedding transport company.

Do you charge more for a New Year's Eve wedding?

Would we be looking at surcharges or different pricing for wedding cars if our wedding was on nye?

Enrik Limousines does not charge extra for NYE. Availbility in the afternoon is usually ok but late night pick ups do book out quickly.

When's the best time to choose our wedding cars?

I always recommend as soon as possible. If you find the car you like with a provide you are comfortable with book it. For busy months we can take some booking 12 months in advance.

Do people usually have photo's with their wedding car?

Only if you want to is the easiest and best way to answer this.

If you are mad keen car enthusiast you are more likely to use the vehicles in photo opportunities. Likewise if it has a specail meaning to you, part of your theme, etc etc

If it purely for transportation purposes, this may not be of interest to you.
