With over 14 years of experience in Sydney"s leading designer cake studios, you can count on me to create cakes that are always expertly constructed, finely sculpted and beautifully coloured. I pride myself on having a great eye for colour and design, as well as careful attention to detail. I"m particularly well-known for my stunning sugar flowers and cute figurines. Many of my original wedding cake designs are now widely copied.

My work has appeared in films, TV, advertising, newspapers and magazines. I have made cakes for high profile Australian and international clients and teach classes on the art of sugarcraft, including flower making and figurines.
