Custom Cakes by Brooke, is a Central Coast business specialising in unique custom-designed cakes. Brooke is a qualified Pastry Chef & Cake Decorator who will work with you to create the perfect cake for any occasion.

We also cater to other events, such as High Teas & Baby Showers, with a large range of cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate coated oreo's, biscuits and dessert buffets available. Most importantly our products are not only great to look at, they are yummy too!

We take orders from the Central Coast, Newcastle & Northern Sydney.

It's an easy 5 stars to give! The cake turned out just like the photo I sent her. We had a tasting, which was great and a few discussions over email. Brooke was happy to take direction but also show her experience through making suggestions and giving her professional opinion.
