Rita, owner and operator of Sweet Designs by Rita, found her love of floristry, cake and cookie designing quite by accident. Having baked cakes and cookies for friends and family from a young age, Rita soon found that baking and designing cakes was her passion. Rita knew that she wanted to create something spectacular that will help create a perfect atmosphere for any event and something that will wow all and never be forgotten.

I offer delivery for all over Sydney, it is definitely an option that is taken up by most brides & grooms to ensure safe arrival of their Cake. Delivery charge is dependant on exact location.
Yes! Its quite common to be unsure of the exact design you want for your Wedding Cake, and that is why I am here. I will help you throughout the whole creative process, without overwhelming you with hundreds of options.
Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Wedding cake consulation is FREE. I would love to help you create your personal wedding cake!

Tell us the details of your wedding and feel free to send your source of inspirations, such as pictures, photo references, etc. We will then provide you with a draft sketch of the cake (if required) and invoice will be sent once you confirm the order.
All our cakes are nut free. We also provide gluten free options.

Hello,
You can freeze leftover wedding cake for up to 3–6 months and still enjoy good quality. Some people even save a slice for their first anniversary, and that can work too with proper wrapping—though the texture and flavor might not be quite as fresh.
Here are tips to freeze it well:
When you're ready to enjoy it again, thaw it in the fridge overnight, still wrapped, to avoid condensation making the cake soggy.
