I am Saskia, a qualified Dutch Pastry Chef with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Chocolate and Cream is the result of a lifelong dream, hard work and a dedicated passion to being a Pastry Chef. We are a family owned and operated business in The Redlands area, servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast area. We make customised wedding cakes, birthday cakes, children's cakes or anything sweet that your heart desires.
Here at Chocolate and Cream we use the best quality ingredients to create a true chocolate masterpiece. All recipes are made from the freshest ingredients. The best quality chocolate and pure cream are used for all ganache finishes, so we can create an extraordinary work of art. Fresh locally sourced eggs and real butter are used in all cakes. No premixes and artificial flavours are used, and everything is made from scratch, this makes them superb, mouth watering and the real thing.
All of our products are freshly baked to order, which makes everything of the best quality possible. Our customised cakes will make it a one of a kind, memorable and unforgettable.
Having a Dutch background I also make traditional Dutch specialties like Apple pie and boterkoek. If you want something that is not on our product list please feel free to ask and we will be more than happy to help.

Hi I'm Saskia. A qualified Pastry Chef with 28 years experience in the industry. I started my business in March 2017 to finally do what I love. Working with chocolate and make a cake look spectacular. I don't make traditional fondant covered cakes as my passion lies in chocolate decorations. I make handmade roses from a chocolate modelling paste in any colour required.
