What started as a joke about marrying my best mate turned into paperwork with the Attorney-General and me accidentally becoming a legit civil celebrant. No regrets.
My first ceremony involved a room full of teary humans, a breathtaking bride, and a four-year-old dropping a perfectly timed swear word. Emotional. Chaotic. Elite energy. I was hooked.
I’m not here for stiff, awkward, box-ticking ceremonies. I’m here for the real stuff. The laughs, the nerves, the love, the moments your guests actually remember.
Think less “job interview”, more “this feels easy”. You don’t need to perform or impress. Just be yourselves.
The relaxed, slightly weird, unapologetically you version.
I’m also a big fan of having friends or family marry you. They know your vibe, your story, and your sense of humour.

I’m not your average celebrant and that’s kind of the point. I love anti-traditions, legal ‘rule-breakers,’ and an extra icy iced latte. My favourite thing is having a loved one tell your story. Whether they (or you) are happy for them to wing it and write it themselves or I step in and craft the perfect personalised ceremony script and they delivery it. Regardless, I'll be there behind the scenes to handle the legal stuff and say the magic words to make it offish!—so you get the best of both worlds. Lets chat more about making this happen!
