Justine! My gosh wasnt she just a breath of fresh air! The biggest concern for me was the celebrant and having someone who didnt understand us and made the day feel very rigid. Justine was anything but that! Not only did she not yell at me for sending her my vowels the night before the wedding at 11pm, she was the positive person who I needed throughout the planning process. Justine honestly felt like a friend that I had known for years and on the day, made sure that everything 'legal' went to plan to ensure we were married married, whilst also keeping everything casual and light hearted. The way Justine included our children in the ceremony was precious and something I will never forget. Justine, I dont want to get married again, but for you, I would.

Thank you so very much for turning our ceremony into a unique story of our lives that really showed our love, sense of humour and personalities. From the moment my husband first saw you under the barn you provided him with advice, clear instructions, you ensured I had nothing to worry about other than getting married. You did the same to me. Both of us, along with all of the guests (who all mentioned your ceremony to us) ended up completely lost in your words and for one night only forgot about the all of the craziness surrounding us. Your ceremony encapsulated the love we have for each other creating a bubble of happiness for us and all the guests. This set the foundation for an amazing night, for a wedding that exceeded our wildest expectations.

We had a fun, relaxed, and small wedding in mind for our big day, and therefore wanted a celebrant that fit into the same theme. We were very lucky to find Justine and organise to have her officiate our wedding. She was excited to talk to us about our day, our ideas and visions for our wedding right from the start. She was able to offer great advice about areas of concern and was very easy to talk to. Justine collected lots of information from us (separately) in order to best understand us as a couple and what we would like said at our wedding. She was able to create a truely unique presentation specifically designed for our day and we will forever remember iths. She was able to bring her own PA system and signing table/chairs and was very organised throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend Justine enough if you are looking for a celebrant to officiate your wedding in the future.

how can i make my elopement special?

Congratulations on looking for ways to make your day special ??

Just because you choose to elope in an intimate ceremony doesn't mean you can't have a personalised ceremony.

Choose a Celebrant that will help you create this with you, you can discuss with your Celebrant personalised vows and ensuring they are kept from your partner until the day to make for real emotionals.

everyone says i need to have cash on the day. but what for?

Hi there,

I'm not sure why you'd need cash on the day. I would expect all suppliers are paid for before hand. However, I have heard of musicians or DJ's wanted funds to pay them on the day of the ceremony. This would be something you'd sort out before hand so your not caught off guard on your big day. Don't want to be walking around with money under your wedding dress :)

How can I make an uneven bridal party work?

We will have 3 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen. Particularly for the first dance, usually bridal party take their partners and join bride and groom on the dancefloor but we have an uneven number so they can't join together as couples....

Hi there,

I don't feel that any ceremony needs to be directed by what someone else's does.

My own bridal party 2 groomsmen and 4 bridesmaids because they were the closest to us, the ones we love and supported us.

Each groomsmen took a lady in each arm and we didn't have the traditional bridal waltz, just us then the bridal party came up with there partners.

You do what feels right, it's your day.
