If you want to treat the bride-to-be to an exciting, pampered wedding experience, you can't look past the spectacular and daring interactive shows from the gorgeous Twin Pecks crew! Upon arriving, you'll receive a glass of complimentary bubbly and a gourmet selection of platters, followed by a sizzling show! Your attractive topless waiters will serve you delicious food and beverages, so you can simply sit back and enjoy the ride.

That totally depends on whether your friends can afford it or not.
Obviously, if your friends are always strapped for cash, it's a very big ask. But if they are financially comfortable I say go for it. Maybe it's a discussion you should have with them before you make a decision.

do i choose who attends my hens? or is it the bridesmaid who plans it

It is your hen's party so you should definitely decide who is attending.
I would suggest that you provide your bridesmaid with the guest list and she should take it from there and do all the organising for you. Good luck and enjoy!
do you think having male strippers at my hens is cheating?
unsure whether or not to let my friends go ahead with planning this since it might hurt my hubby2be's feelings

Watching a guy perform a strip show is not cheating at all. It's all in good fun and shouldn't be taken so seriously.
As long as you are honest with your partner about what you do, then you have done nothing wrong. Ask your partner if he would like to set boundaries as to what you can and can't-do (ie. touching etc). Quite often the performer will be assuming you want special attention because you are the Hen. If you don't want that attention, just pull the performer aside before the show (Or have the organiser let them know), that you do not want to be touched. The performers should always respect your wishes.
