Our personalised products will take 10 business days for production and then it will be ready to be shipped. If you require our order urgently, please contact us in regards to a rush service fee.
Personalising your order is simple. Select your chosen product, choose your preferred options (such as font, colour, or design), then enter your personalised details in the form — names, dates, or wording before adding the item to your cart.
Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews your personalisation details and creates your piece by hand.
At this time, we do not offer digital proofs before production. Please be assured that every order is carefully reviewed by our team before being made to ensure your personalisation is laid out beautifully and accurately.
If you need to make a change to your personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated if your order has not yet entered production.
