Sam is very personable and clearly spent time organising our not-so-traditional ceremony and vows. He was very easy to keep in touch with throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to our questions. Sam definitely does not make you feel like you are just a number - our ceremony was highly personalised and conducted exactly as we had requested.
