Immerse did a great job helping us organise our big day, and on the day itself made everything hassle-free so we could relax and enjoy ourselves with our friends and family. The rose garden was beautiful, and although it was rainy we were able to go to the top of the hill to have sunset photos with our photographer, which were so beautiful. Food was excellent, service was great and guests felt well cared-for. On-site accommodation is a plus. We were able to use the Barrel Room as a Kids Play Area with a hired babysitter to allow parents to relax more, which was another perk.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to Pam for being the celebrant at our wedding! We both loved the ceremony and have had many, many compliments from all our friends and family that watched it in person or via the stream about how lovely it was. Pam made the whole process super relaxed and easy- with the COVID reschedule she made it very easy and straightforward for us. Pam was really able to individualise the perfect ceremony for us and had a really simple and comfortable process for helping us realise what we wanted said on our special day.
