Donna is lovely, down to earth and professional. She was just the right fit for our special day and helped us to tailor our ceremony to suit us. Donna was also highly responsive to all correspondence, which was really helpful when we were trying to develop our ceremony.

If you want to take the stress out of your wedding call Natalie! From the first time I contacted her via email to inquire about her services I was impressed by her responsiveness and enthusiasm for what she does. Then when I met Natalie in person to discuss some concepts and workshop ideas for the day I was completely confident that she would handle every single detail with ease. Needless to say I was right, as my motto for the day was that if you delegate to competent people, you will no have a reason to be worried. I was able to just relax and be in the moment on my wedding day (and so could all my family and friends) because there was not need to race around trying to set up the decorations because Natalie and her team had it in hand. So no muss - no fuss (even though Natalie and her team would have worked their butts off!) Natalie well and truly bought our vision for our day to life, and we cannot thank her enough!

Fantastic make up. The team at Lake Crackenback Spa use great quality products and do amazing work. I would definitely recommend doing a trial so you can work out what kind of look you are after so things are seamless on the day.

The team at Lake Crackenback Spa and Resort are the essence of professional. Nothing is too much trouble. I was planning our wedding remotely (2 hours and 30 minutes away) and I had quite a few logistical and general questions throughout the planning process, and they were able to answer all of them quickly and efficiently. It just made life so much easier to know that no question was a hassle for them. After our special day I really got the sense that the whole team at the Resort know their business really well, and are all about making your day just that much more special. I couldn't recommend them enough.

All the guys, from my father to my brother looked super sharp on the day. Xavier is so calm, collected and professional throughout I could not recommend him more highly. Xavier also has a great range of hire suits, and can custom make just about anything!
