Flowers at our wedding were so beautiful, filled with the perfect colours to match the bridesmaids. Paul did a great job sourcing the flowers I wanted for the day. And the delivery on the day was perfect and smooth.

Wow! The cake was so beautiful and delicious. Gemma was incredible during the planning meeting, had so many visuals to help us with what we envisioned our cake to look like. The sample boxes were also very handy and allowed us to mix cakes and frosting to make our dream cake.

Was a super easy process with ordering online and receiving dresses! Colour was exactly as per the sample I ordered. Only thing is there is only two sizes, so for people in the in between it may require altering. :) Loved that you could get matching ties for the grooms mens.

1000/10 Incredible!!! We had Ryan and Amelia doing live music, DJ and MJ. They had the whole room up and dancing. So many guests asked for there details. Ryan was a fantastic MJ - the night ran so smoothly. Amelia was amazing in the prep time, I felt like I had some difficult requests and she made them feel so easy. An amazing duo.

Fabian was amazing, very professional and it was very clear he had years of experience. The photos come out incredibly, and we really appreciate Fabian's knowledge of the venue as he pulled us for photos at the perfect sunset time and it's a photo I will treasure forever.

We had our wedding at Ballara Receptions in March 2025. My husband and I couldn't thank the staff at Ballara enough. The day went perfect, with even the smallest details taken care of. The small details just took the stress way from me, when the staff were there from the second I arrived in the limo to take me through the ceremony process and when there to help with my dress. The reception went so smooth - the guests couldn't stop raving about the food :) And the bridal table really appreciate the service catered to us with drinks. In the lead up, we had help the whole way, details we hadn't even thought of the team were there to help. It made the whole process so smooth and whenever we needed help, they were always only a phone call away.
